CH map

Some weeks ago someone was asking for or posting about control maps for CH Fighterstick and ProThrottle.

I had posted an early layout half a year ago. since then, I updated it several times, and this is what I currently use for 2.328:

Be advised that I
- use a german keyboard,
- manually added/chnaged some keyboard commands (reasons in the readme)
- did not pay attention to keycommand-needs the CV9040 and Strv-122 may confront me with - so far I do not use them (I feel really ashamed and fullheartly apologize for this heresy).

The general idea behind this layout is described in the readme.

If you like it, feel free to use or alter it.

I was told the file was returned in a mutilated condition, which surprised me, since my testdownload yesterday worked, but did not work anymore today. I have uploaded another file with a different compression rate and tested the download three times, and it works flawlessly for me. If the porblem reappears, let me know. Must have been something on the server-side.
