Can I download the ProPE upgrades from another computer onto a disc and then install them on the same computer I have my game on??
Same question applies to DirectX files
I am on Dial-up as opposed to high-speed here

For the upgrades that should be no problem. In case of DirectX, you may have to link to and directly install from Micro$oft.

Thats an affirmative. All the patches are self executing files so there shouldn't be a problem.

Here's the link to the redistributable version of the DirectX. It contains all the files that you need so you don't have to download more stuff like the webupdate version.
