It's from SBproPE...so (sadly) no marder sights.
I thinks they just "substituted" with the Bradleys.

That's correct. The nightvision system of the Marder is called MIRA (MILAN Infrarot Adapter). It's similar to the Bradley visions. The scene is from the Bradley, so i cheated a little bit :-)

This is not quite correct.
The Marder is equipped with a thermal sight with a green sight picture. This high quality sight is similar to that of the leopard2.

The MIRA is the thermal sight of the MILAN missile launcher which is usually mounted on the turret of the vehicle. Two Marders in each platoon of 4 vehicles are equipped with Milan. The sight can be used in the dismounted role with or without the launcher. The MIRA with a red sight picture is of much lower quality than the Marders thermal sight. It can be useful as the gunner can observe with the vehicles sight while the commander scans a different sector with the MIRA.

yep LtHinkel is right - watch this link Youtube for example of the night vision capability of the WBG "Waermebildgerät" though it is much clearer as in this low quality Youtubevideo. We said: "you can watch f*** Rabbits at the range of 300m an identitfy the long ears" its true.
