Been thinking on this for a couple of days.In game (sorry I only have Steel Beasts gold) I hear the radio chatter from the Tc and the loader so I know what they are up to.How about the bloody driver?Obviously the Tc would command the driver into position to a certain degree, would that be heard over the internal comms. One of my whinges is having gone to a hull down possie and in the process of laze and blaze the driver suddenly decides to drive over the rise a bit without warning spoiling my shot.Would the Tc tell him to readjust or does he do it because he is out of range of a good booting from the Tc or gunner being up the front,so does what he likes...If this is fixed or implemented in Pro Pe I appolagise...

Driver voices are planned for whenever we implement the the voice upgrade. However, don't expect much. There might (hopefully) be a rare alert of a contact but, to be honest, when I was a driver I rarely said much beyond "roger" and "fuel is at 3/4, 1/2, 1/4". A good driver mostly listens and acts without speaking to allow the TC, gunner and loader to work efficiently and to allow the radio to be heard.

yeah drive tc comms is almost all 1 way . "prepare to advance, advance" "preoare to stop......stop"

One thing that cant really be replicated with AI voicing is the crew commanders breif to crew. Generally the Crew commander, before embarking on a bound, will brief the crew on the next position, which way to jocky and break which areas to scan whether to take up hulldown or turret down position, which side of a hill or a feature or any prominent geographic feature the driver should drive to.
Once this is done the driver needs little to no instruction (if he's any good) the driver should know which route to take based on using the terrain to get there and should even be able to pick the best turret or hulldown position for the vehicle often.

Cheers guys.I knew Volcano would be on top of it.I just thought it would be more immersive having hear a bit of dialogue between the Tc and driver as then I would know when he is going to move the tank.Might help in the long run with the SA of being gunner, like hearing the Tc go..."Driver readjust position" so it clicks in head that the round I,m about to fire will probably miss if I fire right now, whereas if I let the driver move and resettle I can then relaze and fire.Maybe in SB2 we could have a Commander give a voiced brief..."Gentleman...What I am about to tell you is top secret. This briefing will self destruct in 5,4,3,2........."

A crew breif is only really done when you are moving in bounds and expecting contact with the enemy therefore moving quite deliberately with each bound by a section in a troop being directed by the troop commander.

The internal comms over the IC for a breif would be something like this (roughly):
Our next move will be to [position](example feature/ridge/depression 500m 11oclock). We will break right and move at best speed to next position.
The TC may go through actions on but once they have been established early on it isnt really necessary to give them again unless they change (example action on contact while on move will be to continue at speed to next position)
The TC may also assign arcs to his crew (the driver is another set of eyes after all)
