Is Esim games interested in new 3d models for the editor?? Only easy and very eye-candy things...
-Different road signs, street lamps, electric towers, fences...
There are tons of this objects we can use, and that can improve the immersion of the game.
If interested, please say conditions
Thank's

In principle we're all for it if the quality is good, and if the price is right, and if you own the copyrights to the artwork. In practice there is a hold-up in actually integrating new stuff at this point. I'd like to keep your offer on file so we can contact you as soon as the conditions are right. Please contact me by email.

I was going to ask the same thing. I've been using 3DS Max professionally since 97 or 98. I don't have tons of free time at the moment, but I would be willing to donate some static objects/structures in the future.

Mail sent, by error I sent two mails, one with the pics attached, I provided also a link with models. So you can see the quality.
Hope it helps

Hey that really touched my heart!! Gunship is a excellent game!! Hope we can add some objects into the editor, really nothing great or expensive, only traffic signals, street lamps, bus stops... I believe that can boos the look of the maps, and add a great amount of immersion!!
Thank's

No probs. The Iraqi Skins for the T72,s and other vehicles that you did are neat Stratos. It,s the little things in a game that get you,not always the eye candy. Can,t wait till TOS is released maybe...One day...Later on...Sometime....
Maybe we can add them to existing objects.Pick a bitumen road and it automatically comes with street lights at regular intervals.Pick a house and it comes with a fence and a trash bin.Pick a church and it comes with a statue etc..

That will be fantastic. The prize asked is very low I believe, and he is a Number one modellist.
All you can see some of his work here

Hope Esim games can add some urban furniture to the game, will help the immersion so badly

yes, the models look quite good, despite some minor errors in places.
the problem is, he'd need to work on a polybudget. which is a completely different art from highpoly modeling, where you just add polys until youre happy, and render the model, adding as many neat render effects as you possibly can.
basically, if he could make a 6000 poly model with a 1024 texture look convincingly like a 300.000 poly model, he's definitely an asset.
additionally, he'd need to be able to work with photoshop, or some paint program, adding a bit of wear and tear to a vehicle.
and he'd need to start before i finish modeling every last tank on this planet.

Hey stratos, wonder if you simulate some army field encampment buildings\tents and sandbags etc that would also be pretty neat
Stratos

All is possible, from sandbags, to Hardened bunkers, only need the Esim games permission

permission to dribble with delight sir?
The map/theme formats will have to be reworked before we can add any more new objects to SB. </buzzkill>
EDIT: I partially stand corrected. The limit is for trees and bushes, not things like buildings.

There is allready a folder called "mods" somewhere in my install. And since the software allready recognizes plain x-files (eg. skydome.x) it would be possible to add simple static objects like houses and the like. Most 3D-software out there come with good x-file exporters. Not shure though how to include with the themes. Maybe.....Dunno??

If you are a skinner /modeler why did you ask CZ to skin the Leo 1,s to a Russian scheme. If you can do a T-72 you should be able to knock out a Leo with a Russian Scheme, Have you been jerking our chain, shame on you.

Nice attack sir. What I made to you??
I'm not the modeller, my friend Iņaki was, he know nothing about SB, that's why I asked Ssnake about it, I only played the embassador role, nothing more, the T-72 skins in Gunship are MY work. But I can't do anything serious in the hi-res world of SB.
My word. Thank's
