Sean,

Is it possible for you to add another section to SB forum for VU private forums?
I believe ARRC would be thankful for such gesture, and maybe some other VU would like that as well.

thats not a bad idea, Sean was talking with me about how he dislikes to spread the community eweryhere when we are such a small group...

so VU specific forums on sb.com might be a good idea as we would read the ordinary forum as well at same visit... perfekt imo... :)

Don't most (if not all) VU have their own set of fora? The 29th does, 2d does, 1CAD does, and Geisterwolfe does.

I don't know about SCLH or the others, but forum-generating software is cheap and/or is part of a site-hosting plan. The 29th, for example, gets its fora as part of the service to which Hell_Hound subscribes.

Shop around a bit, you'll find someone willing to give you a lot of space for relatively cheap. They'll probably even configure the site for you. Ask around here for advice/assistance regarding building the site. Lots of folks in this community have HTML/XML/Java/Javascript know-how.

I was not asking for anything else than for possibility to get an extension of current forums. Like new VU forums section as we have Steel Beasts Discussion Forums and Miscellaneous sections.

It would be stupid to not ask for Sean's word. If he says no, fine too.

No, I cant do that. Web hosting and private forums are cheap. If I make a private VU section for one VU, then I have to do it for them all.

When I was talking to KT, I was mainly referring to all the scenarios, maps, and mods that had been made for SB - I wanted to keep them together here instead of having people go to several sites to find them.

SCLH does not (have a forum) but we are far less formal a VU cause its more just inclusive of every person that plays online during the aussie primetime period
