Ik heb nu ook geen militaire achtergrond, ik doe vrede en veiligheid en begin over paar maanden met mijn amo, ik weet er niet zo heel veel vanaf maar wil graag leren op de manier hoe het in het echt ook gaat. laat eens weten welke versie ik dan moet installeren dan doe ik dat wel, :)

Ik ben ook een Nederlander...alleen kan ik je niet helpen omdat ik dit spel nog nooit online heb gespeeld.
Ik heb wel een militaire achtergrond......niet tanks, maar grote kanonnen, 155 mm. Ik ben gek op allerlei simulators (maar ik moet wel kunnen knallen!)

Bij de laadste patch hebben de tanks geen textures meer . ik moet nog steeds effe uitzoeken hoe dat zit omdat andere er niet zo,n probleem mee hebben . Ik heb vaker online gespeeld en dat is nou juist het sterke punt in het spel alleen iedereen heeft natuurlijk de laadste patch geinstalleerd.

Sorry was even druk bezig met verhuizen....heb je wel de laatste versie van Directx geinstalleerd? Anders werkt het niet...

Also Dutch, experience with the 1:1 scale Leopard 2A4,5 and 6. With steelbeast just one week, so I'am still learning the possibilities of it.

As a matter of fact, this is the first simulation/game I ever bought!

Well one of the great things of windows latelty is that i found out i dont have a legal version of windows xp so i can nolonger download any windows updates . I did install the latest dirextc x patch before it wass still easily availible but i still had the texture problems . I think dennis has the same problem on his rig .

Total topic change, but maybe one of you Dutch military types can help me out...

I need Dutch parachutists' insignia, the enamel ones for dress uniform, and the miniature ones for Mess dress. Problem is that mine are starting to go yellow with age, they're not white and blue any more, more a sort of jaundice and blue. Looks unfortunate.

I can't seem to find any place that sells them online, I guess it's to the point that you have to go into the shop on the military base to buy them. Can anyone give me a hand?

Can not promise, but I will have a look if the supply has one in store. AFAIK you need a certificate that you did the jumps to show before you can order one. Is it the one with the star under the parachute?

yeah actually, it's quite weird
