Hello, yes they are. We don't use add/drop correction routine on moving targets though.

Crusty, the engagement using this method doesn't take long at all. It is usually used shooting at area targets,ie we essentially become 120mm troop artillery as mentioned earlier out to 5.5km.

Interesting, so for stationary targets, you would move the graticule onto the point of impact, press line, and then adjust for perceived over or undershooting by using add/drop?

Pretty much. Gratacule on fall of shot, hit line. If its dropped plus or minus of the target hit add/drop at same time. Grat back onto target and fire. Obviously if line is correct again lay on fall of shot, hit add/drop.
