Kingtiger
Do you have an joystick plugged into your computer? because sounds like something is interfering with your commands and Joysticks has been known to do that before. Try Alt + J (center Joystick) and see if it works. /KT
Gibsonm
Yes you need to tell Windows which is your primary input device (in the "devices and printers" section of Control Panel, I think). It can't seem to cope well with two input devices.

I managed to gain control after several minutes by many cursor key presses. No other input devices plugged in apart from wired usb keyboard & mouse. I have swapped usb connections but still happened.OS Windows 8.1 64OS Windows 7 64Virus software disabledIt happens randomly. I can have a game with no issue. Then it happens. If i remember correctly it is at the start of a session.Regards
Members Ssnake
There must be SOME game controller input signal, or a mouse/keyboard driver emulating such input signals. At least I haven't heard of any case yet where a different source of error could be identified.

At least I haven't heard of any case yet where a different source of error could be identified. The strange thing is that it does not manifest itself in any other software. it has only happened maybe 4 times in many games.I have no emulators or any other inputs. For me it is not an issue i only mentioned it because someone else had an issue.Regards
