Multiplayer spawned helicopter host/client not synced [FIXED]

In a multiplayer session helicopters spawned over water don't have their engines running when observed by clients, which causes them to crash if a client jumps into the observer position as show in this video:

Attached is a scenario to test this. Use trigger 1 to spawn the choppers, trigger to 2 have them move on the their routes.
