Hi,

 

So we are inside a week to go.

 

Points to note:

2. TS Server: On Kanium's TeamSpeak Server: teamspeak3.i3d.net:10077

 

3. IP Address: 92.246.20.43 / 89.160.18.36

 

4. If you want to participate, there are still lots of slots to fill. Just go to the respective mission thread (1, 2 or 3) and record your preference there.

 

5. It will be played in 3.028 (even if 4.x comes out tonight). It will be replayed in ver 4.x at some point in the future but likely as one mission per week or fortnight.

 

6. Happy for Kompanies/Troops/Squadrons/Companies to have sub channels within TS. Also happy for people to use either Channel Commander or Whisper Lists (whichever they are comfortable with).

 

IMPORTANT: If you want to record people's voices (for YouTube etc. You must ask and get their permission prior).

 

If you are recording and I'm in the Mission, you must tell me as its against my Military Regulations to have my voice recorded (part of our Social Media requirements and just in case someone subsequently hearing it thinks I'm speaking officially on behalf of Army).

 

If there is a clash you'll need to remove me from your Whisper List or adjust Channel Commander settings to exclude me.

 

7. Bling:

 

a. Those who attend the entire campaign (Missions 1, 2 and 3) are authorized to wear this:

Apart from the above window, do the key appointments (Commanding Officers, Company, Squadron, Troop (US) commanders) want to get together at some point in the 24 hrs prior to H Hr to ensure we are squared away regarding:

 

a. How to create and modify a plan file (and pass it on).

 

b. What the "Designer's Intent" is for each mission.

 

c. A focused conversation about Mission 2 so we have some sort of plan going in?

 

I'll also PM those who fill the relevant positions.

 

Re the timing of such a meeting(s), ideally not within 5 hours of when I'll do the Q&A session (i.e. no later than http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20160611T1200) as I'd like to get some sleep before the session starts.
