Update. So far we have:

Given that 03 DEC is this coming weekend and only 2 have voted for it, I think its scrubbed (unless there's a landslide in the next 48 hours).

 

If those two people (or the 2 current votes for the 17th) can make the 7th, please let me know and I'll start tracking the 7th.

The third is the date I can't make.  I voted for 17th but 7th is good, too.

I voted for all of them as I can make any of them and I have no particular preference for any specific date.  So since I'm one of only two that voted for the 3rd, then I think it's safe to scratch it.
