Grenny Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 (edited) Situation: Enemy recon forces, supported by tanks, most likely 9th Lancers(Scorpion, Scimitar), have been fighting a delay action since the start of our attack west of SOLTAU. Delay forces a estimaated to have lost about 30% of strenght, and are currently conducting a passage of lines behind the enemy FEBA, in the area of the HAMMBERG-TUTENBERG-KUHLENBERG. Me expect the main enemy defensive line, with main effort on their right. Own reconisance has established contact with the enemy main forces of BAD FALLINGBOSTEL. Enemy strenght is One tank BN(+/-)(Chieftain, Warrior IFV) Probaly from 20th armoured Brigade(UK). Most likely enemy CoA is them conducting a deliberate defence with 3 companies in line, and one company in reserve, with the intent to stop our attack and neutralizing TankRgt 11. Own: Tank Rgt 11 was attacking with 2 BN in front, 2 following, and has now reaching positions east of BAD FALLINGBOSTEL TankBN 111 (player force) has suffered 30% losses and is currently resuppling near BAD FALLINGBOSTEL TankBN 112, 15% losses and.... TankBN 113 at 95% strenght... MechBN 114 at 95% strenght... Mission: TankRgt 11 is to attack an destroy the enemy tankBN, and achieve break through of the enemy defensive line. Goal is to allow further advance towards CELLE in order to free the oppressed working classes of the Lüneburger Heide. Tasks: TankBN 112 will take point an attack and bind the enemy main forces east of the TUTENBERG TankBN 113 and MechBN 114 will follow behind and exploit enemy weak points or bypass and flank enemy forces to the east IOT cut of and destroy the enemy tank companies tank BN 111(one tankcoy detached to 114, 1 MechInf coy attached): -will give one tank company to 112 -will form 2 companies with the remaining units -will lauch a decoy attach on the area of HAMMBERG 1 hour ahead of the Rgt - will destroy the enemy tank company in that area and the assume a defensive stance on the HAMMBERG IOT draw out the enemy reserve force (company strenght) -Tank BN 111 is then to defend against, and neutralize the enemy counterattack. -After the enemy reserve is defeated(or is deployed elsewhere), TankBN 111 will be relieved in place by the AT-BN, and is the to follow the Lead BNs as new rgimetal reserve force. Enemy forces will be under fire from the RAG until 20 minutes before the attack. After that you'll receive low priority fire support, we can give you 80 round of HE, 24 round DPICM, 40 rounds smoke (2 platoon, 4-tubes each, each gun 10 HE,3 ICM, 5 SMK) 1 recon Team from the Rgt recce company will scout ahead and support you during that mission.(CoA has TACON for them) Good luck comrade, and remember your families will go to GULAG if you don't show enough fighting spirit.
