I'm sure not. Maximum can cause non-serious damage . I guess it would depend on what vehicle and where you shot it at (roof or side lower hull). The "M383" in SB has some significant explosive power. And you are correct, the M384 is a pure HE round, the M430 would be the dual purpose HEDP with hollow charge warhead.
