SB 4.019 - Manual fire control disables smoke grenades [FIXED]

Might make sense, actually, as the turret is without electrical power in manual mode (at least on the Leopard 2), therefore I'm not sure if mashing a smoke discharger button will generate the necessary spark to ignite the propellant charge.

Maybe it isn't like that on the other vehicles that you tested. In that case it would be a bug.

Don't know about M1s but M60s turret power switch only disabled the power traversing mechanism.  All other electrical devices needed the master battery to be on.

M1’s with the TNB needed Turret Power on for the Smoke Grenades to work and of course for power to the traversing mechanisms. The M1A1 SA and the SEP’s only need Master Power on for the Smoke Grenades to operate, but would need Turret Power on for the Traversing Mechanisms to operate and other FCS systems. In manual mode, you loose all signals to your Traversing Power Valves, while your sight follows the gun but all other electrical devices are still activated. For the SA and the SEP’s, The only 2 FCS systems that will work with the Turret Power off are the Salvos and the Manual Firing Device ( Master Blaster).

And what’s really cool, is that the Main Gun will still fire with Master Power off only Using the Master Blaster. On the SEP’s you have to arm the gun using the lever but on the M1’s the gun could be in safe and would still fire. So total lost of power and could still fight, all manual tough.
