If you want a pre game "chat" then by all means come on line at say 0800 GMT, but so that the Kiwi's aren't after Midnight the Mission will commence promptly at 0900 GMT. Anyway we'll see how it goes. Agenda: This Thursday will be a little different. We may have some visitors from the UK MOD who are looking into possibly using SB for "distributed training" (that is not everyone is in the same room). Yet to be confirmed and subject to the time the visitors have available (being looked into now), but a likely programme will be: 1. I'll use TeamViewer to share my Screen share to explain the scale of "professional" version (using Rolling Thunder map to show what is possible in terms off map size, use of plan files etc.). 2. Then bring the focus down to Sqn / Coy Gp level using the mission from last Thursday (thankfully it went sort of OK) to show the scenario and then the AAR tools. 3. End screen share session and run (subject to time) our "SOSRA TEWT ver 2.0" to show how geographically displaced trainees can provide a plan and run a session without all being in the same room. If this finishes early / contingency plan in case it doesn't happen at all: 1. If we get enough people coming back, perhaps run their solutions to the homework given out previously? I've updated the "SOSRA" mission to avoid the lack of FASCAM (refer post in Support thread) 2. Revisiting some "not so easy missions" from the past - probably harder still after 4.023. These need a few people to turn up. 3. Do some "Brilliant at the Basics" work? As always, visitors / first timers / spectators are welcome.
