Zipuli
Hornet's Nest -COOP scenario is now ready and uploaded. "A combined recce/attack COOP mission designed for 4+ players. Send in a recce platoon to recon your target area and conduct a swift and decisive attack using the intel gathered. You got support of airborne rangers and CAS + recon chopper flights, and you have a lot of options on how to execute the mission with the available assets. Enemy actions are randomized each time you start the mission, and red is never the same twice! Contains 2 versions: NBG (Strv 122, CV90 - medium difficulty) and Aussie (M1A1, ASLAV, M113AS4 - hard). Time to play ~160 minutes." Highlights: - Recon- and Attack phases that have totally different athmosphere - Blue air support including Recon, CAS and a heliborne landing - Totally random enemy, that will do its best to ruin your day: it makes ambushes including tanks with engines shut to make it more difficult to locate them, uses foot patrols to recon, will use helicopters to locate your recon element if compromised, will create minefields on your attack routes if you are spotted, and also will alert reinforcements if under attack or alerted by sloppy recon - So many variables that the mission will not play same way twice - Blue side has very open mission and a lot of options to choose from, and players can also use deception attacks to draw enemy reserves into wrong place before striking elsewhere etc. Please post comments and reviews! I will write an AAR of our last CCOP session (10-11 players) with this one! Zip
Zipuli
Here is the AAR of the mission we played with 10 players, version 1.01 (Leo 2A4s instead of Strv 122s you have in 1.02). Part I describes the recce part of the mission. Part II will cover the attack itself!http://www.simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2417223#Post2417223Zip
