The simulation requires DirectX 9.0c to run (even if you have a later version).

If you have received the disc you were waiting for there is a copy on that (or alternatively you need to look on the Microsoft web site).

Ignore the CodeMeter as a "flash drive". It is not. It just uses the Windows native mass storage device driver to avoid the problems that would follow from installing a custom driver.
