Hi all

I just recently re-installed Steel Beast pro pe and would like to know what order I should download the updates. It has been quite a while since I played the game and am a little confused as to the order the updates should be installed. What do I need and what I shouldn't download. Any help would be appreceiated. I saw the email regarding the new Steel Beast comming out in 2013 and would like to get back into tank simming.

Which version do you currently own?

The best way forward is to:

1. UNINSTALL your current version (don't worry personal things like records, custom scenarios, etc aren't removed).

2. Download all seven parts of 2.654 from here (this is the lateset and what you need, the updates aren't cummulative):

3. Run the "Part 1" exe as administrator (assuming you have Windows 7 or Vista).

4. Update the codemeter software.

5. Update your license (if required - depends on your answer to the first question).

After that perhaps just check your skins, mods, etc. as depending how old they are they may no longer work.

You may also need to ensure you are running DirctX 9.0c available from here:

You should be able to upgrade the license on line but if you do need something posted out, drop me a line and I can arrange some sort of "bridging license" until you are sorted.
