Just downloaded the package and got a good look at it. Very nice, I'm especially happy to see some of my detailing efforts are quite evident in the Griffon and M-113 mods. Again great work.

Thank you! And thanks as well to Fabfire and Daskal for their excellent Abrams woodland and new desert skins (respectively)... most excellent!

Here's a few lengthy reviews which also show off some excellent skins:

Right.

I'm fed up of not having the faintest idea what skins are out there: The little thumbnails are next to useless, and most of the files don't seem to have one anyway. The threads on this board are random and impossible to keep track of.

So I've taken it upon myself to take piccies of pretty much every skin out there, and posted them on my web page, grouped by vehicle and season. You can make direct comparisons and link to whatever you want.

I'll work on 'pretty' later, for now, it's functional.

I know I've missed a few skins, by all means email me and I'll get it up to scratch.

Mod, can we get a tack on this?

Wasn't planning on it, but it's not a bad idea.

That said, is it really that important to people? I'm going to use the best-looking-skin regardless of format. If I download it and it has a DDS, then it's an added bonus. Otherwise, I can just convert it myself if I'm all that worried about it.

3 Star,

Fair enough. However I have been searching for a simple converter which will allow me to convert from BMP to DDS with out much success. I am not looking for a Photoshop add on as I don't have photoshop. Any advice.

If there is a suitable converter then this could be linked on the catalogue so those who wish to convert can do so easily. Just a thought.

Cheers
