The ability to comically spout Sovietisms is desirable, but not essential. You will usually have a fairly steep learning curve to begin with, starting as a company commander, with 10 tanks to command, (3x3 +1) as this tends to be the lowest tactical unit level in SVU.
hoggydog
However, do not let the above 'steep learning curve' put you off, if you are interested just come along and see what we do.Trust me, seeing the best part of a Soviet era Motor Rifle Regiment manoeuvring through the German countryside is awesome. To be part of that manoeuvring will give you a great sense of achievement and you have a great group of guys who will support you all the way to Company or Battalion command! We meet at 8pm UK time (Currently on British summer time GMT+1) but generally don't launch the mission until 8:30ish.we are running 3.002 now.

Its not that difficult once you get used to it. Trust me, seeing the best part of a Soviet era Motor Rifle Regiment manoeuvring through the German countryside is awesome. Sometimes we even play "Propaganda" when we do this, really adds to the immersion IMHO Anyway, if you are even slightly curious or have never played an SB mission online then please do attend, you will learn a lot from just a single session.
