Members Ssnake
A big thanks goes to everyone that participated, and congrats to all the winners.Sean is very modest here. Sabot Ready and Sean actually came up with the contest idea, and handled pretty much all of the work involved, so they deserve most of the credit. I hope that we can stage several contests in the near future, probably themed ones. We will start with small scale scenarios and gradually expand the scope in subsequent runs.

Members Ssnake
I sure wish I had something like that! Speaking of which, I'd like to know which of the prizes appeal most to you, or if you have suggestions of other prizes that you think would be a great idea. We contemplated armor related books but they are either near-impossible to get (e.g. some of Hunnicutt's armor bibles) or there might be a high likelihood that you already own a copy, so in the end we decided to skip that for the moment. Personally, I like diecast tank models, but not everybody may share that sentiment. It's similar with apparel - T-shirts, armor paraphernalia like a black beret, ... at first sight they may be a good idea, but then the question remains if YOU are actually attracted by them. So, what are your opinions (with respect to what future competitions should offer)?

Yes, by all means, let Ssnake know some feedback on what you think would make good prizes. Personally, I like die cast models to sit on the desk, but I also have a library full of books too. If I were a contest participant that would be my two choices, but I am probably limited in my imagination. Of course I would take an eSim Games / Steel Beasts Pro PE T-shirt and coffee cup too. Or maybe an eSim Games beer stein.

Be sure to post some images of your prizes when you get them next to something to show the scale. I sure wish I had something like that! Hobbymaster 1:72 scale T-55 next to Chapstick and mouse: Next to Dragon Armor 1:72 scale CR2: These models are very close to the screen size shown here- the screens are slightly smaller.

sabot_ready
I also want to say congrats to all the winners :@!2: , I am jealous of your prizes!!! I had a lot of fun judging the scenarios .....it was very much like a wine/beer tasting contest. This one has a richness of briefing, while that one has sharp overtones of counter attack! At the end of it all...you learned much about different styles of scenario making.Maybe we can run another round in a few months. For people out there who want to learn how to create your own scenario and may need help or feedback , there is a lot of vets out there who can give you tips or support .I want to say props to Sean and Volcano....I appreciate these guys effort in keeping the wheels of SB rolling.

Pop Smoke
Nice one! I was surprised by that! Thanks to all involved for organizing it, it certainly made for a fun reason to put a scenario together.
