  1. Backwards thru the Valley

    Eagle 6 this is Hawk 6 - approaching Area Alpha. Awaiting orders. Hawk 6 - Eagle 6. Good job gettin' there so fast. Deploy your unit and conduct a retrograde operation. Prevent enemy units from crossing into Area Bravo for at least 12 minutes. This will provide follow on friendly forces time to set up a hasty defense in BP Cobra. Be advised that a platoon of Leopard tanks from the 121'st PzrGren Bn Company E is in your area and is all that's of the force defending the entrance to the valley. They've been given your call sign and signal frequencies and are awaiting your orders. They're pretty beat up, low on fuel and have been fighting continuously for the past 18 hours. Hammer 6 - 3 tubes of heavy mortars have been assigned to you in direct support and are now on call. Enemy force is a Category A Soviet Tank Bn. They've been spotted coming right down the valley headed SW. These guys appear to be a fresh unit and consist of two companies of T-80s and one company of BMP's. Expect that they'll have heavy artillery and plenty of it in direct support of their attack down the valley. UPDATE: vs 1.1 Tweaked Time Limit, default blue plan, victory conditions, red units and plan.

  4. CG04 Beidenbeck Bridge

    Next in my series of scenarios
     

    1) SITUATION:
        a) Enemy:
        Red are conducting a hasty retreat accross the Bretton River to the North.
        They have rearguard forces covering the last of their withdrawing units after which
        they are likely to blow the bridges and establish a defence line along the river.
        Enemy Forces consist of T72 but may have elements of T80 with BMP2
    The 2 minor bridges between the Objectives are either mined or covered by abatis and as you have insufficient engineering assets at ths time, will not be passable
        b) Own:
        You have a Coy of M1A1 and a Coy of M2 with support.

        c) 1 battery of 6 tubes is available for fire support

    2) MISSION:
    You are to attack and seize Biedenbeck Bridge to prevent its destruction and allow Friendly Mainforce to cross and continue the advance.
    You need to have at least 1xPLT strength in the area for 3 mins with no enemy AFV present
    You will also need to clear Bretton of enemy AFVs as we do not wish to leave mobile forces in our rear. Remaining
    enemy infantry can be mopped up later.

  9. Cobrabase's 11th ACR Bushwhack ver 1.1 (Point Alpha mod)

    This is my version of 'Point Alpha.' First off... thanks to the mystery man who came up with that original! I loved it so much that I had to put my own spin on it. Ever want to just bushwack the Soviets? You know... we see 'em comin' and just pounce on 'em? Here's your chance. Pay attention to the triggers ok? If you don't call for your FASCAM early you'll have a whole new flank to deal with and a real challenge. For more fun, call it in and chew them up. Three axes of attack on this one like the original Point Alpha (4 counting the Hinds). Use your listen carefully to comms getting hints as to where the enemy is. You have three traps to spring and if you spring too early the mission will get that much tougher! If you do it right the plan works like clockwork and you get to watch them burn. I'm including one of Daskal's kick-ass ambient sound mods and one of Banshee's (I think!) skies. Both are in the credits for the scenario. I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes here. If you guys want your mods unpackaged just say the word. :wink: I'm actually messing around with triggers for the first time in my life. It's simple I know so go easy on me. Version 1.1 has more bad guys and some minor fixes.

  12. Desrt Valley: Relief Force

    Your Abrams platoon is part of a company assigned to proceed with all haste through a Valley where a major battle has just been fought. Your mission is to reinforce Blue units guarding the far end of the valley. You must defeat or bypass any remaining Red forces, which may be waiting in ambush positions. All of the units are scripted, except your own platoon, which you control. With the exception of your company's vehicles, all Reds and Blues have been assigned "random heavy damage," so the scenario will be very different every time you run it.     Some tweaking to Desert Valley: All Blues at fast instead of very fast (more time to react to ambush), all Reds as individual vehicles (more random), no external view (realistic SA). You still take your Abrams platoon across a recent battlefield to reinforce Blues on the opposite side. Highly random; different every time. Terrain is embedded. GL. Hot Tom.
