Add on for the Moggy`s Rain Mod: this file lets you to run on roads without dust(remember you are playing in a rainy day!)
Rename the folder smoke1 to smoke11 into the IMAGES folder and expand this file on this folder. For playing whit another mod just rename the new folder smoke1 to smoke1rain and the folder smoke11 to smoke1.
