  1. Thanks for making a guide! Didn't get the idea to use Proton. Maybe when I get around to it, I'll try making a Proton bottle and see how that goes. Proton and Wine are making progress fast so I'm pretty hopeful we'll get SB to work without dual booting.
  2. Very nice! Did move my troops a few times, since the enemy didn't come from where I anticipated. Also liked the use of helos going behind my lines.
  3. I've figured out the 3d commands that were always on the bottom right of the screen. They're so cool I've put a guidish thing together. I've so far only used it so far to make my tank platoon reload and was surprised how much functionality actually is there.
Big scenario to manage, lots of fighting ATGMs. Nice terrain selection. Played and enjoyed.
Great, challenging Campaign. Mission lenght is a bit less than an hour each, focus in IFV and infantry combat. Mission notes (spoilers):

    Aeschau

Well made, reactive enemy and time pressure had me on the edge of my seat.
  5. I want my missions to change language depending on the language the sim is set to like some of the official missions do. I've seen when I export the briefings, there is a lot of data sets, maybe its doable with that?

  7. I'd be interested if someone has gotten SB to work under wine. I'm fiddeling with it myself RN on my Linux Mint machine. If I get it to work, I'll report back.
  8. Mission is confusing, retreated to EA crush and got surrounded by enemys
  9. Thanks, sounds like the zip is just for me! My mouse will be cranked
  10. Oop time to try this out! Love me some open sauce! Why does it need admin priviliges?
  11. Thanks for the in depth explanation, I like the idea of holding down the arrow keys instead of tapping it. Until then I noticed someone made made a external mouse crank program, personally I'm gonna use that for now, because its also really difficult to look around in other vehicles like the Fennek.
  12. My addition for the whishlist: Holding down the hand crank keys (arrow keys) for continous cranking or turrets. Like on the M60's commander cupola or Fennek turret it takes right now more than 180 key presses of the arrow keys to turn the cupolas and turrets 180 degrees. Holding down the key would make things much easier. Edit: that would help a lot to get new players in
