OPERATION JACK KNIFE

Probe your axis of attack for any mine fields. Chose your route and fight and rearm all the way to the objective. Clear the town of all enemy to win . The enemy might set up a defense and hold you or try to hit you when your not ready. This mission plays out four different ways .

IN THE VISE

Try to contain the enemy force until reinforcements arrive. When your other units arrive destroy all attacking enemy forces and push them back to the river . You must decide what is the best defense that you can set up until your supporting elements show up. Your defenses must me flexible because the enemy might not attack where you expected them to.

SOUTH BRIDGE SLAUGHTER

S-2 expects the enemy will push hard for the south bridge so they will be able to defend it when the US commanders feel we can push hard west. S-2 believes this bridge will be a tactical advantage for who ever owns it. You must defend and hold the bridge.
