25million € allocated for 17 (one tank company plus prototype) systems. 40 million for 187 APS in 23 systems plus ammo and training. KMW will upgrade 17 Leo2 A6A3 plus one prototype turrets from Bundeswehr stock and put them onto newly build hulls as they have to put in a new generator for the power as well. Still buggy as hell. Started a campaign with only submarines, cargo and tanker. After 2 days all my subs suddenly can't launch torpedoes anymore even with all tube full, 99% solution, good bearing and depth. Will wait few months until they patches it to a playable level.
