    It works, thank you
  2. ...does anybody remember? Anyway: since the SB Versions 2.XXX I cannot open the sce in the editor due to a message saying "KNOX.RAW file is missing" Now my question- or request: has this sce ever been adapted to a recent version of SB? In the DL section of the SB site it is not available. I remember that we had much fun fighting for the Obj. "Kursk", so why not let it live again. Thx in advance
  3. That's the point: Inf will move in line formation always - at least here Just to illustrate: the given behaviour is seen by the Color of the path, and what happens (took screenshot in thermal view to make it visible) and it's not the obstacle itself, it's just like they can't decide to take the right or left way: e.g this guy will not pass the building he will crawl til eternity
  4. Just hijacking this thread not to open another one, since it is a question concerning "a little help with inf" How to manage to move an inf plt. in different formations? They only move in line, although the path is given column. Or doesn't the formation order apply to inf? I spent hours and hours in testing because randomly one of the s*ckers, who had obviously never seen an "Exerzierplatz", always gets stuck behind a building or whatever crawling or walking back and forth without passing the "obstacle". As a result further actions won't take place since the plt is not complete at a certain point and the depending event will not start. Can't be that the success of a mission is in danger simply due to the fact, that one single infantryman is not able to walk around a building- he surely would if the entire plt would walk in column. And yes they are far, far away from enemy fire.
  5. Thx. Let's say we can manage to hop into different behaviour depending on loss of e.g. single units: what a mess could happen
  6. Without opening another thread one more question on multiple parties and their behaviour. Concerning the menu: does it matter what field to click if I set up enemy or allied for a certain event/condition. Does it define an initiator and a reacting party depending on the horizontal or vertical line. Or is there a difference at all?
  7. Actually I thought of manually driven supply veh. But, and yes you're right, there are bigger prob's. Thx for the reply anyway
  8. So far I did not see any difference in supply truck's capacity. But wouldn't it be useful to have the capacity adapted to different types? I mean an Unimog cannot carry the same load as an M 977, and how many tanks, e.g., it can supply at all (assumed the tank is out of ammo)?
  9. Then pls explain the functions "Mount, if.." or Dismount, if..." vs. Mount/Dismount without "if" (Schützen=> Absitzen/Aufsitzen/keine Veränderung vs. => Absitzen, falls.../Aufsitzen, falls...) (The path in the pic belongs to a Cougar.) Thx in advance (Actually I intended, as described above, to have them dismount depending on the presence of enemy forces or fire, and mounted again continuing the route after the situation is cleared- e.g. on a road through a forest)
  10. That is what I noticed, btw. does "ALWAYS" mean: they keep dismounted when it is set by "dismount, if...", but I don't wanna have them dismounted all the route, I want to mount them again, when there's no more threat to them (if dismounted in case of any threat, but the WP at the start of the route and the route itself is given "mounted"). Or do I think in a wrong way, not having fully understood the concept of mount/dismount?
  11. Thanks for this sce, just like the "mine breaching" thing it explained more than thousand words: the most important note is written in red letters concerning the behaviour due to set waypoint and route. (Btw: a small fault: the "secondary" randomly picked up inf. is following the attack route from WP 10 to 11 after having been dismounted at WP 10. I think it was not intended to happen ) Just another question: what has to be edited to have a PC following a route and dismount the troops in case of contact or fire and mount the troops again if there is no more threat? I just tried some "mount/dismount if..." variants but actually the troops won't mount whenever they left the vehicle. Any idea?

    Traffic signs

oops. due to modding activities it just might have happened, that this particular sign was added and I (from the point of new of installation of 3.0, still used to 2.6) took it for a "real" thing. Might be. On the other hand it would be nice to have it, anyway
