    There's a program out there called Glass2k which lets you adjust the transparency of a window. So you'd make the SB map editor window transparent so you could see your reference image underneath and then start making the map over top of it. Might help you a bit.

    I guess the only way to truly balance a scenario would be to have the same gear on both sides. Not suggesting to do it to this scenario, just a random thought.

    This can already be accomplished, with some restrictions.
