  1. You bet! I have no idea how to do that, though. Cheers,
  2. I just came here to ask please for the TIS focus in the Marder to be fixed. Thanks!
  3. A big thanks to you. I replicated this and overall it runs smoother. Cheers,
  4. Caption: Nils, I think your shipment is ruined ...
  5. Thanks Volcano, I was wondering how to shoot the ATGM from the BMP-2, and there it is. Very clear. Cheers,

Human US vs AI Russian. Edited and tested in v3.023. No other requirements other than the Hannover-Weserbergland maps (.ter and .raw), which come with the vanilla version of Steel Beasts ProPE. A Russian FD (Bn. strength) is searching for a vulnerable point on our main body's east flank. Securing OBJ Heineken and not allowing the ENY to cross the canal is of critical importance for future operations. You are in command of A Troop and on point to shape the battlefield before the rest of your Cavalry Squadron arrives. More Steel Beasts ProPE fun at: www.kriegsimulation.blogspot.com
  9. The first post mentions ample artillery support and that made me think about a blog post I wrote a few days ago. The book mentioned in my blog is worth checking out. http://www.kriegsimulation.blogspot.com/2014/07/battle-of-bulge-as-tactical-reference.html Cheers,
  10. Hi Mark, Why don't you post them here. Sorry I could not get back to you on time. Cheers, JC
  11. Hello, I just posted an Steel Beasts AAR at my blog. It is about a delaying action of one US infantry mechanized platoon vs a Soviet mechanized company. The US infantry (mounted in M113s) is trying to stop the Soviets at a river crossing in a village. The US side has a TOW launcher. Part 1 of the AAR Part 2 of the AAR I make no claim of using the right tactics, indeed various mistakes can be pointed out on my approach. But maybe I was just lucky and I killed two tanks and 6 BMPs. I wanted to see if this post here can initiate some sort of tactics discussion. I see Mark already commented on my blog (thanks, I will get back to you soon). If there is no interest in discussing, at least I hope you can have some entertaining read. Cheers,
  12. Thanks, 12A. My e-mail is included in the message.
  13. Hi rump, Thanks for the heads up. I an leaning towards a scripted and conditional Red (insurgents) arty call. The menu has the option of a "HE mortar" round, but now that you mention it, it will be a high caliber howitzer. Cheers,
  14. Hi 12Alfa, I did not manage to attach the mission file into a PM so I am doing it here. It's a very early draft and needs a lot of work, including but not limited to briefing and scoring. An infantry squad has been ambushed by insurgents (note Unimog burning in the foreground). A Cougar MRAP has attempted to bring in reinforcements and firepower but was badly damaged by an IED. You are in command of a quick reaction platoon of Bradley vehicles and your mission is to fight off the ambush. The issue I am having now is that I can't have the insurgent FOs to bring fire upon the ambush area (infantry squad and damaged MRAP). I am thinking of using the conditional arty mission trick proposed by MDF. Let me know, please. Cheers, Iraq War 2 Quick Reaction Platoon.rar
  15. Eastern Front ... That would be great. Or the Russo-Japanese War. Or the Balkans War. Cheers,
