Congrats to all who participated, and to all the hard work. The Championship game was great and all the other games that where played. I wanna special thanks to my teammates for the good communication and hard teamwork even thought some of us did not get alone at times we still manage to pull through and come togther as a team. I hope some times later we can do this again and still have our team to have victory once again for 2011. For all who did not participate I would just say that I hope you guys will on the next Tournament and Hope to see you guys there. :gun:

This is not a Oath but a creed for NCO's of the US Army. Just some good information that maybe some ppl would like to know. No one is more professional than I, I am a Non-Commission Officer, A leader of soldiers. As a Non-Commission Officer, I realize that I am a member of a time honored corps, which is known as " The Backbone of the Army." I am proud of the Corps of Noncommission Officers and will at all times condcut myself so as to bring credit upon the Corps, the Military Service and my country regardless of the situation in which I find myself. I will not use my grade or position to attain pleasure, profit, or personal safety. Competence is my watch-word. My two basic responsibilities will always be uppermost in my mind- accomplishment of my mission and the welfare of my soldiers. I will strive to remain tactically and technically proficient. I am aware of my role as a Noncommissioned Officer. I will fulfill my responsibilities inherent in that role. All soldiers are entitled to outstanding leadership; I will provide that leadership. I know my soldiers and I will always place their needs above my own. I will communicate consistently with my soldiers and never leave them uninformed. I will be fair and impartial when recommending both rewards and punishment. Officers of my unit will have maximum time to accomplish thier duties; they will not have to accomplish mine. For The Gophers I wanna say good job with last night game. For the Sudden Death very good game also, very intense at the end of the round, let me tell you guys. But overall I feel everyone did a good job. For our team I wanna tell you guys thanks for the hard work and communication with each other. I feel we would have not been so successful if it wasnt for all of us communicating at the right time and understanding the positions of the enemy. As far as the ammo thing goes for the tanks, we did pick the 2E and everyone can agree with Volcano. So thats all I have to say about that, we have complained by we know that we choose the 2E to start with. Lets just fight with what we have and as most of you know we adapt to fight with what we have and the conditions,so lets do it and do our best team. I know we can, we proved it last night. Yeah I good guess but thats not the answer, I havent been on all weekend cause of work and to start with some of my teammates wanted to use the 2E but we just decide to go with the STRV122, but since another team has pick the same tank we decided to go with the 2E.
