Rich text in the briefing, and images (file size limited if need be).

Also, 'dynamic' map graphics that could be set by the scenario designer to appear/disappear as events/conditions occur during the action phase

That last one has been in bugzilla since the dinosaurs were wiped out!!

The option of disabling or at least temporarily overriding the AI (all of it) in player controlled vehicles. The AI often seems to suffer from severe target fixation, stubbornly ignores all commands  and will essentially reduce the player to a passenger/observer in the supposedly "player controlled" vehicle........i have lost countless vehicles because the computer would refuse to let me move the unit or it would ignore new target commands....for instance a higher priority target popping up.

You know about the "t" key right?

  3. Maybe they are called something else there. Here a debit card is simply a credit card with no credit. You can only spend your own money. They are backed bty VISA and Mastercard so they have all the spending and security power but with no overdraft facility. Mine costs me nothing.

Has anyone actually seen this work?  I have playtested a platoon on platoon shoot out between APC units just to see how it works.  Even with Elite quality medic teams and integrated medics, I have yet to see any troops healed after about five test runs.

Don't worry about it. They work very well in the new version.

  5. Stormrider, A good source for vector data is the Open Street map database. This i a free, open source dataset which can be accessed through several extraction sites. My favourite is BBBike :- https://extract.bbbike.org

The data needs some preparation and separation but tends to be quite useful. What you do have to watch out for is that roads are separated into sections between junctions. This is not ideal as it can play havoc with SB's road following routine. I wrote my own importer which automatically joins this data together to make contiguous roads. This is helped by separating the data into road types before importing. This can be done quite easily in Global Mapper.
