Not that I dont apriciate the editor, but I think people give up halfways because of it. The big work itself isnt primarely placing objects, but finding them, rotating them and having a good managable overview of the objects - as far as I can recall when playing around with it (which is a while ago so I might remember it wrong).

Hi guys. Three of us are also having this issue with 3.0. Havent had it before with 2.6. We played through TUNNGLE (same principle as hamachi). We played yesterday, in a session together for around 2.5 hours I believe. We where all having this issue through the whole game. We are all located in Denmark, and on very different hardware and internet setups. Two of us used the month timed license (Due to the error that occured this weekend). The third player used his CMstick as he had activated it successfully before the license activation error occured. Since I just saw this topic now, I cant tell you if it was every two minutes. But it sounds about right.

Well, you could just refund to those who only bought a month licence this weekend. :biggrin: I do find it a bit strange that a company like that dont have any guys on standby to fix stuff in the weekends. What about the armies that uses it? Or are they not under the codemeter licence workings? Anyway, I dont care. If a month licence works im gonna go with that even though its going to be fixed tomorrow hopefully. (Great 'feature' by the way, adding that timebased licence!)

Just reporting in here, got the exact same error. Error Code = 0x18080001 Tried turning off my firewall, antivirus, I tried with Google Chrome, Internet explorer. With or without SB3 installed. No changes.

C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\eSim Games\Steel Beasts\maps\terrain or.. both above but in steel beasts\mods\maps\terrain No worky worky. And im not the only one with that problem. #KUWAIT_OIL_FIELDS.ter EGYPT MAP.ter IRAQISTANIA.ter JalibahAirfield.ter All should pop up, no one does.

How do I install this and any map in general? When I put this in: C:\Users\myname\Documents\eSim Games\Steel Beasts\mods\maps\terrain I see no difference in the map when loading it up.

Hello guys. Im fairly new to steel beasts, but plays it with experienced IRL tankers some times. In other games im very interested in map and mission making (ArmaII as an example). There are many good looking woodland maps with buildings, trees and what not, but when I look a desert maps they are completely empty without objects. Why is that the case, and are there no one who has made any updates or anything to the desert maps which can be downloaded? Im looking for maps that simulates afghanistan, syria, iraq and so on. Im not 100% sure how the game works on that whole map front yet so forgive me if this question seems wrong or anything.
