Yes, you can, but beware- you need to use handcranks in order to track target, so its a quite demanding task to hit a mover.

Damian, any direct armed conflict between modern Russia and major NATO members most likely will be nuclear, and wasting of funds on to new conventional armaments for the ground forces is quite pointless.

Quite simple- nation-wide cult of everything military and particularly armor. Just do not wish to go deeper in to political subjects.

If you played "Tank Range" scenarios, there is only one player-controlled vehicle. Also, Shift+F10 works only in 3rd person view(F8), which can be restricted by scenario designer.
