All that should be needed for network game is for the host to forward UDP 2300 and UDP 2400 to the pc acting as the server. The clients should not need to do anything special.

To summarize - if its your scenario, you can simulate the ability to repair everything by creating a repair region. Put some M88s in the scenario, and they can tow vehicles to this zone. You can put conditions on the zone, like waiting 20 minutes, etc.

In the future, please be sure to uninstall using the entry in programs and features, not by deleting files from the file system directly. From your description, it sounds like antivirus is killing the process. How to handle that varies based on which antivirus it is.
