A good way to line up paint schemes is by laying out the uv map as if it were unfolded. You will need to use your paint programs editing and scaling features as you cut and paste all the relative parts and maintain the layers you generate. Then it is just a matter of re-scaling the layers and placing them back on the original uv map. The sides of the turret can be a bit tricky but again save the demarcationed camo as layers so they are easily repositioned.
