  1. Well, not just a single vehicle mission, but one where you can opt to be a small cog in the company/battalion machine.
  2. All I want to do is gun or command one vehicle. Are there any good offline scenarios for that?
  3. I got a Logitech joystick (Attack 3) to handle all my shooting switchology and it was working pretty good until I then plugged in the Belkin game pad. I piddled around with it, but the only thing that got the joystick working was to remove the game pad AND uninstall it's drivers, etc. Is this normal, or am I just too old for this new-fangled high-tech gaming stuff?
  4. I started on that one, but thought it was an old thread. They were bitching about the lack of crewable OPFOR tanks when I first found this sim. LOL
  5. I bought SB Pro PE maybe.....three years ago?....and made the mistake of lending it to a friend. Never saw it again. LOL Well, life was hectic then and I focused on other things, but today I found myself buying the latest edition of SBPPE and realizing I had no idea what changes have occured? So....what's the latest and greatest peripherials to use to play? I'm thinking joystick and gamepad. Any weirdness I need to be prepared for with my Vista OS? I'm actually debating get a desktop to play on. Or maybe figuring out how to plug the laptop into my Toshiba DLP TV. LOL
  6. How does one use the M2 on the Hummers?? And do the commander weapons operate the same on the Leos as they do the M1?
  7. I hope this is permissable, didn't know where else to put it.... This borders on blasphemy, but I wish to sell my copy of SBPro PE v 2.328, including manual, dongle, case and CD...everything you'd get from eSim, about a month old. Asking $110 shipped via USPS to anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Paypal accepted, otherwise I need a USPS money order. If anyone knows someone....I've also got an Dell Inspiron 1720 I would let go for $1,500. It's also a month old and here are the specs.... Inspiron 1720 Intel Core 2 Duo T7250, 2.0GHz, 800Mhz, 2M L2 Cache 3GB, DDR2, 667MHz 2 Dimm High Resolution, glossy widescreen 17.0 inch display (1920 x 1200) 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 8600 320G 5400RPM SAMSUNG Hard Drive 8X DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive 85 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery Also includes EXPRESSCARD SOUND BLASTER X-FI XTREME AUDIO This set-up was running SBPro PE fine at what I think are the highest graphics settings (sliders all the way to the right). Basically, I've had to make some changes in my life. These are some of the things that have to go. It's a great laptop, and SBPro PE is a great sim, but they're just not high enough on the priority list. Thanks
  8. My new favorite term...."stealth monkey".
  9. ROTFL......tell me that is a Photochop...that is too funny!
  10. I just finished reclassifying into my new MOS (in the Army National Guard)......45B, Small Arms Repair. It's amazing how many things can be fixed with a couple of smart raps from a hammer.
  11. In my manual, PageDown goes to Closing Ballistic Shield Doors......but in the download with all the key commands, I see that Shift + B does that. I assume the Shift + B is the proper command with the PageDown cycling through the RoF?
  12. Personally, I think SBPPE is a pretty nice looking game. I look forward to messing with some of the seasonal and sky mods (not to mention the tons of skins) to further enhance my eye orgy. LOL
  13. Whoa......I need to take a couple of weeks vacation to Sweden!
  14. I went with the Razer DeathAdder (who in the hell writes the material on these things?? From the sound of the manual, I think I should have registered my mouse with the ATF!!! LOL). Still playing around with the mapping on the contol pad and now the mouse. I DID notice that the Insert and Delete keys didn't appear to change the ROF on the M242 though. I'm also pleased to report that my laptop (Dual core 2.0 GHZ, 3Gb RAM, Nvidea 8600 GT) seems to be running SB Pro PE flawlessly with the sliders set pretty high.
