  1. we are like hotel california, you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.   I think you will find it worth it to get the  codemeter stick.   I have the stick, and altho  do not get to play it a lot, I find it a lot easier to be able to just turn it on anytime I want and not have to worry if the liscence is expired or not.

  2. here is scenario.   I made it with one cobra and one hind, missiles only but unlimited.   targets are leo2a4's.   I tried making video of what I did but file size was too large so ill explain it best I can.   cobra is on left side of map,  hind is on right side.     I manually controlled the cobra directly north to the leos set for it at the 27 grid line.  it would not select missile while I had it controlled and stopped.   once I set an assault route for it, it selected missile, engaged the super leos.  when I took control of the cobra again, it selected unknown for ammo.   Then I switched to the hind and  did same exact thing, and got same results, as long as I was controlling the hind, it would not select missile, but once I set an assault route for it, it selected the missile and engaged.  and when I went to control it again, it selected unknown for ammo

  3. i had issue with hind and cobra, they would not engage the targets if I took control of them.  if I let computer control them, then they would engage.  if I observed on them but didn't move them, they would engage, but once I would move them to a different location, they would not engage again until I did an assault route for them.  And this was for missiles only,  all other ammo it they would engage, just not missiles.  this was against t-72s and leo 2a4's   and it only the missiles affected.   I had the hind and cobra ammo loaded with just missiles , and any time Iwold take control of the chopper and steer,  the ammo would go to unknown. 0/0   but once I put it on a planned assault route, it would select up missile and use it until I went to control it again.  Think this is related to the stated problem.

  4. favorite multi player to this day still is two towns from steel beasts gold, then the maze.  most the  missions I play now I like a lot so do not really have a favorite as I will play all of them all the time, and will change the units around for blue force to model 2nd ACR, my first army unit.  But I do not play those online, I have them in two separate folders, original scenerios and changed scenerios, altho I do not change red forces unless I add more vehicles if I feel it needs it.  And I also get inspired to play certain scenerios after watching matsimus's and mirzayev's videos just to see how I would fare on them myself.

  5. I hated riding in the back of the Bradley, even though I loved the Bradley.  With me it was more that I hated not seeing where I was going.  Never felt the urge to get sick.  Even to this day, I hate moving when I can't see where I'm going

  6. guide horns?  is that what we  refer to as return rollers?  If so, is it possible they weren't modeled because of the side skirts? So maybe a skin would do the trick?  not sure but hell, worth a shot to me

  7. Steel thunder on the commodore 64 was the first tank sim I used.   Loved it.  then had armored fist, that was too arcadish for me,

m1 tank platoon 2, but that was too easy to me.  then steel beasts.  Used steel beasts back when it first came out, but stopped because

I could never get he rounds near target.  then later down the road found out you had to hit a button to change the sight for the different rounds so loaded it back up, and haven't used anything else since

You know I knew a guy who used to crew Bradleys, and he bought a copy of Pro PE.  He commented about the A3 once saying that there was just "too much crap" inside getting in the way and he'd rather take the A2.  Then again IIRC he was an old-school kinda guy, TC'd an A2 in ODS I think

yes he is correct.  the A3's you have the monitor for the blue force tracker on the coax access doors.  Even the m3A2 ODS I hade in OIF had it, and it was very cumbersome, made getting in and reloading the coax a pain in the arse.

You mean to choose to put KE in both, or KE in the bigger and HE in the smaller box?  Hmm, I am not entirely sure that will work in SB, given the FCS, but we will try to look into that.

Yes.  you can have all ap, or all he, or ap small box he large box, or ap large box he small box.  by both ready boxes there is a switch for whatever type of ammo is loaded so the sights and fcs knows what ammo is being fired from where.  'we would call it  ap heavy or he heavy when we reversed the ammo.
