General

Developed as a private venture by Iveco, the LMV (Light Multirole Vehicle) is a 4x4 light reconnaissance vehicle in service with several western and eastern European nations. Much like its MOWAG Eagle IV cousin, the LMV is survivable against IEDs and other mines, using hull shaping and crew isolation to provide much higher survivability than conventional light vehicles. Modular armor packs allow for protection levels up to 14.5mm AP, and thermal dampening techniques reduce the vehicle's thermal signature.

Though normally unarmed, this vehicle may optionally be equipped with the Elbit ERCWS-M.

Please note that selecting either the UGV of UAV options for this vehicle's carried troops will (even though offered in the mission editor) not make them available during a mission.

The dismount section for the LMV is 2 dismounts/scouts, equipped with M136 (AT-4) anti-armour weapons and 5,56mm rifles.
