General

The M113G4-DK FO is a Danish forward observation vehicle based off of the M113G4-DK. Essentially an M113G4-DK OPMV with a different crew it shares the same in-sim model as the M113G4-DK, and is therefore indistinguishable on the battlefield.

This vehicle is fully crew-able at the Commander's (F7), Driver's (F9), and Squad Leader's (F11) positions, but only partially modeled with rudimentary interiors.

As simulated, this forward observer vehicle carries a three man Dismountable FO team equipped with 5.56mm rifles. Unlike the M113-FO the vehicle commander does not have access to a separate Ground/Vehicular Laser Locator Designator type sight, and instead must rely on the dismounted FO team to call for fires.

Beginning with revision 4.156 the M113G4-DK FO may be equipped with the Diehl Active Vehicle Protection System (AVePS) to enhance protection against RPG and ATGM threats.
