Day 1:

BLUEFOR captured three objectives: town 3, town 4 and village 10. Village 11 and village 12 were situated in the neutral zone and partially captured. Airfield 2 is under thread of capture by the end of the day as well. In what appeared to be a complete rout of OPFOR in the west, turned relatively uneventful as BLUEFOR shifted its forces eastward to help deal with village 11, while two of their companies attacked south to take town 3 by the end of the day.

Strengths on both sides at the end of the first day are depleted, however BLUEFOR maintained a good deal more units than OPFOR and they now gain M2 Bradleys from town 4 as reinforcements for day 2. The only bright spot on the OPFOR side is that they gain quite a bit of reinforcements, since day 2's reinforcements are usually the most they will ever see at any given point in the campaign.

The War Weariness gauge remains the same at 1; the standard +1 did not occur because OPFOR lost two CO vehicles during the day (which is -2 on the gauge, however the gauge cannot go below 1, but the loss of the COs keeps it from moving upward). Basically, day 1 is considered a great BLUEFOR success, they have managed to take two secondary objectives and managed to keep the War Weariness gauge from moving upward, thereby gaining them some time.
