This is an attempt to describe the necessary steps, depending on the different user cases. 1. General Assuming that you DID receive your license after placing your order (you did not? So like others I'm having problems upgrading my codemeter stick license, for that I know people are trying to resolve it and it will be fixed when it is. Because of this I also purchased a 1 month license so I could at least play it while the other bit gets fixed. I have receieved a confirmation of order email but no intructions what to do thereafter. Please can somebody help. Irish
