flyboy
Now thats some nice pussy... Zimmerite looks first class.Could imagine that was a fun job.At my old job my ex boss started getting into tank stuff big time and started restoring a Lee tank. Was a bit of a mess but after a tonne of repair work and a new build turret looks totally brand new.He has a Buffalo,Centurian,6x6 Duece and a half,a Willies Jeep and a Matilda now. That plus a home built 70% scale Spit,80% Fw190 and 80% P51 Mustang..
daskal
It just looks awesome - a few months ago I saw a series on Discovery channel ("Tank-overhaul" was the name I think) where they completely rebuilt a panther tank that was sunk deep into a river for about 50 years. Aren't you one of those guys?
Hokie4824
I saw that series too. Especially enjoyed it when they repaired the M-10 tank destroyer and found out that the commander of that specific vehicle lived just a few hours down the road and surprised him when it was completely finish.
