Maj.Hans
What's the best option to equip a UK ATGM team in a 1983 scenario? I guess they would have the Swingfire ATGM but I'm not sure what the best analog is... AT-3 or AT-4 maybe? EDIT: Furthermore, what if any AT weapons would a British rifle squad carry? I'm trying to simulate the FV432 APC and associated infantry in a 1983 setting. Edited August 11, 2016 by Maj.Hans
Gibsonm
I'd say: A. MILAN and B. M-72 LAW / LAW 80 Edited August 12, 2016 by Gibsonm

LAW 80 is supposed to penetrate 700mm of rolled homogenous armour at 90 degrees so maybe he could use Panzerfaust 3 non tandem warhead. http://norfolktankmuseum.co.uk/law-80-light-anti-armour-weapon/
2-pies
I know I am a little late to the party, but you might look here for detailed organisation of UK infantry in early 80's. http://coldwargamer.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/orbat-1980s-british-bg-part-7-infantry.html The section AT weapon is the 83mm Carl Gustav MAW and M-72 Laws are available (LAW-80s appeared in late 80's). Milan are held in a platoon within the battalion support company. The Milan platoon has 4 sections each with 2x Milan. Hope that helps.
