ssidiver
I believe I have filled the form in correctly, suburb (city), state, postcode and country. Then select 'upgrade license' 1. But every time I press the button, I get a new page loaded that simply says 'forbidden'. Have tried multiple browsers and rebooting, to no avail. Please help Lees than gruntled

Gibsonm
Happy to lend you a license until you get it resolved (being a local and all). Can you drop me a PM / email and I'll talk you trough it.
ssidiver
Thank you so much for that! However, I am unfortunately time poor at the moment. It was my first opportunity to try.
Gibsonm
Sure. If you send me the email I can send you the directions (my computer remains on 24/7) and you can use it when you get a chance. If/when Ssnake resolves the issue let me know (or just post here) and I'll turn it off.
Administrators Sean Posted August 21, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 21, 2016 It seems to be working at the moment, so more detail would be great. Does it happen on the first page after your hit "calculate my total price"? Or is it at some other step?
ssidiver
There, right then. Multiple browsers, VPN on and VPN off and at one point that first page would not load. Thank you for looking

Administrators Sean Posted August 21, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 21, 2016 Sorry for the hassles. Your browsers seem to be tripping a code injection rule in our protection software. It could be a false positive, or there could actually be something on your computer that is interfering. I turned off the rule for now so the order should work, but I've never seen this before.
ssidiver
Your transaction was approved! Thank you, so much. Hmm, so I could have something unusual on the PC; I'll look. Though Win10 does not seem to like some ASUS software, who knows?
