Gibsonm Posted September 1, 2016 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Sorry I'm not familar with your particular order but a really simple question: If this is an upgrade to an old license, did you update the CodeMeter Firmware? In that case a firmware update would solve the issue. Plug in the CM stick Open the CodeMeter Control Center. Select your CM STICK (serial code 1-, 2-, or 3-xxxxxxx, never 128- or 32767-xxxxxxx - these would be virtual CM sticks for time-based licenses) Locate the button on the right with a circular arrow. Click it. Follow the on-screen instructions, which basically are "do nothing until it's over" Unplug stick Plug it back in Play. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
