Maj.Hans Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 The vehicles I'm interested in specifically are the ones I spend the most time in, M1A1, M60A3, Leo2A4, and maybe a few others, but what I'd like to know is are the interior textures of the turret mapped in such a way that it's easy to find a flat spot, for example the right side of the turret by the TC on the M1, and slap a drawing or sketch or other stuff into the texture file so it looks like it's been taped up on the turret? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Members Ssnake Posted November 12, 2016 Members Share Posted November 12, 2016 If you want to FIND a specific spot, I can but recommend to apply the color quadrants method. Paint the texture Blue, red, yellow, and green. Enter the model, look at the spot that you were trying to find, notice its color. Then subdivide that quadrant into smaller areas and see what the color is now. Splash Posted November 12, 2016 Share Posted November 12, 2016 I tried this once with a 'girl back home' snapshot. The resolution of the turret interior surface areas is just too low. You only have about 40x50 pixels to work with.
