I think that $25.- are still a pretty good deal. Just follow the procedure as described in the thread that you fund. Canada doesn't have "Army Aviation" (If God had wanted the army to fly, he'd have made the sky olive green). So, all tactical air transport is done by the air force, and requires close coordination between ground forces and flyboys. SB Pro turned out to be a useful intermediary solution.
