I recently purchased the upgrade for my CmStick and after trying to activate it, I receive the error on both on and off line activation. Any possible fixes to this problem?

What version are you upgrading from?  If its too old, it requires manual intervention from ssnake.  Make sure you have upgraded the codemeter to the latest in the codemeter control center, then try again.
