In Gulf War 1 my crew and I went through the breach with Cliff Richard blasting out from the intercom, singing "were all going on a summer holiday".
There did seem to be something more suitable ;-)

OK ... I knew I said I wasnt going to put it here because it is too cheesy ...

But this is pretty fucking aweinspiring:

Or this:

I am not starting any damn political bullshit about Ukraine.

War is War, and music is music, so lets keep it to that. But Wagners music does lend itself to a thorough military kickass´ing.

Also, it seems that "summer holiday" Seems to be a british miltary favourite:

When I play SB as a soviet commander I always find there national anthem pretty inspiring

IF I play as a US commander when Johnny comes marching home.

But my favourite is the theme music from the battlefield documentary series

Anybody know the title of it.?

Agree completely with the Soviet/Russian Anthem - probably the most Epic ever made.

As for the battlefield documentary, then I didnt know you could get the theme music isolated. But it was made by David Galbraith:

Have no idea how to get it though

Niiiiice...

I wonder what older generations used to get into a fighting mood?

Are you kidding?  Glenn Miller of course!

I bet you forgot about the "swing" era :)

Seriously, my dad used to love Glenn Miller, heard him every Sunday when I was a kid at home, along with Count Basie, Benny Goodman and some others.

You should see me dance this with my girlfriend :D

They knew how to make music in those day´s!
